FIS Rules and Meeting Minutes.

Though USSA has its own set of rules as stated in the USSA Freestyle-Freeskiing Competition Guide, our sport is ultimately based on the rules of FIS.

FIS Rules are used for US Selection Events, Nor Am competitions, US Championships, Junior Worlds and World Cup competitions.

Please make note that the FIS rules are referred to as the ICR (International Competition Rules). Officials, Coaches and Athletes competing in FIS events should keep up to date with the ICR, their precisions (new rules that did not make rule book) as well as the Judges rulebook referred to as the 6000series of rules. FIS TD information and FIS Judges information will help to keep you in the loop. Please check out the coaches' and officials' pages for more information.
