Refund for Event Fee? Please email chairman@easternfreestyle.org immediately if you have to cancel your registration for any reason. A coupon will be issued by HFTECH as soon as possible thereafter you you qualify for a refund. (Refund Policy.) If coupon remains unused at the end of the season, refund checks will be mailed out at the end of the season.
